Each session includes: - Live coaching practice with volunteer participants - Guided observation and learning opportunities - Group reflection and feedback sessions - Direct mentoring from Ralf Marzen - Skill refinement through experiential learning You'll rotate between being coached, observing, and engaging in group discussions, ensuring multiple learning perspectives in each session.
