Therapist Training Terms and Conditions
Booking conditions
The booking of training and further education courses are binding after receipt of the online booking.
For longer training, a deposit is due immediately on registering, the amount of which depends on the seminar price, with the total amount for the modules being due at the latest 4 weeks before the start of the seminar.
Payment Information
Prices may or may not include VAT so please check carefully.
NARM® Therapist Training
Once your application is approved, a registration fee of £175 will be required. We will provide you with a payment link to complete this step. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for future module payments. On registration, you commit to attending and paying for all four modules ( although each module is charged and paid for separately)
Before the start of each module, you will receive an invoice 4 weeks in advance. Payment must be completed to access the training module and materials.
All Trainings (excluding NARM® Therapist Training)
When booking any of our training via traumatraininginstitute.co.uk (excluding NARM Therapist Training), payment must be made upfront through our secure payment gateway, Stripe. Your payment details will be securely stored by Stripe. You can review their terms here.
Updating your details
You can login to the customer portal at any time to update your payment details.
Cancellation conditions
In view of the advance costs, we unfortunately have to charge you the following fees in the event of a cancellation of registration, depending on the time interval in which we receive your written cancellation notification before the start of the event:
1-day or less seminars
- Cancellation of participation in a seminar is possible for a handling fee of £25.00 up to 1 week before the event date.
- In case of cancellation less than 7 calendar days prior to the seminar start date, 50% of the participation fee will be charged.
- In case of no-show or cancellation on the day of the event, the full participation fee will be due.
2-day seminars and longer
- Cancellation of participation in a seminar is possible for a handling fee of £50.00 up to 4 weeks before the event date.
- In case of cancellation between 4 weeks and 2 weeks before the seminar date, 30% of the participation fee will be due.
- In case of cancellation less than 2 weeks before the day of the seminar 50% of the participation fees will be due.
- In case of no-show or cancellation after the 1st day of the seminar, the full participation fee will be due.
Rebooking for catch-up participants
For some training there is the possibility to make up individual sections in the following cycle. Please contact our seminar coordination in advance. In this case a handling fee of £30 will be charged.
Liability
The Trauma Training Institute UK (TTI UK) accepts no liability for damage, accidents, losses, delays or other irregularities. The legal regulations apply.
Cancellation / non-implementation / rescheduling by Trauma Training Institute UK
If there are not enough registrations for an event or if it is not possible to hold the event in accordance with the program for other reasons for which Trauma Training Institute UK is not responsible, e.g. due to illness of the seminar leader, or the venue having to shut down for any reason, the Trauma Training Institute UK as the organiser shall not be obliged to hold the event. Should the Trauma Training Institute UK be forced to cancel or postpone a seminar for an important reason, all registered potential participants will be informed immediately. In the event of cancellation of an event by Trauma Training Institute UK, Trauma Training Institute UK shall refund the entire seminar fee paid. There shall be no further claims against Trauma Training Institute UK. Liability towards registered participants for any resulting damages is excluded.
Data protection
Your personal data will be stored in compliance with the statutory provisions on data protection. Exact details of name, address and date of birth are urgently required for processing your registration. Your telephone number and e-mail address are helpful for organisational purposes.
