IN-PERSON WORKSHOP

Heart-Based Experiential

An introduction to heart-led, embodied relational work

A one-day immersive experience exploring how we relate from the heart, and what happens in the space between people. These days offer a lived introduction to the foundations of our Embodied Relational Counselling Diploma.

This workshop is for:

  • Individuals considering training in Embodied Relational Counselling
  • Therapists, practitioners, and helpers drawn to depth work that includes the body
  • Those curious about intersubjectivity (sometimes called “the third”) and wanting to experience it rather than just understand it
  • People who want to get a real feel for how we work before committing to the Diploma in Embodied Relational Counselling (a two-year training)

Attendance is ideally part of the pathway towards the diploma, though the days also stand alone as a meaningful experience in their own right.

What You Will Experience

The Heart-Based Days offer a direct experience of this way of working.

Rather than learning techniques or memorising theory, you will explore what it means to:

  • Orient from your body
  • Listen from your heart
  • Notice what happens between you and another person
  • Stay present and curious with the unknown.

Eligibility

Attendance is a prerequisite for entry into the diploma programme.

If you feel drawn to applying for the Diploma in Embodied Relational Counselling.

All prospective diploma applicants will also attend an interview process.

The Heart-Based Days may also be attended as a standalone experience if you would like to explore this approach.

The Next Step

The Heart-Based Days offer an introduction to the core orientation of our two-year Embodied Relational Counselling Diploma.

Over two years, this work is deepened and integrated through ongoing practice, supervision, and relational learning.

These days allow you to feel whether this way of working resonates before making a longer commitment.
