Special Conditions of Participation and Declaration of Commitment

(When paying registration fee for NARM Therapist Training)

1) I declare that I voluntarily and under my own responsibility
I participate in the events offered by Trauma Training Institute UK. I am aware that the seminars and individual sessions offered by Trauma Training Institute UK do not constitute medical care in the traditional medical sense, but rather provide a framework for the participants' personal and professional growth. I undertake to respect the rules and instructions of the seminar leaders and the centre.

2) Indemnity
With regard to clause 1 of this agreement, I hereby indemnify Trauma Training Institute UK, the responsible seminar leader and his assistants as well as all entrusted third parties from all possible claims for damages of a material or immaterial nature.

3) Drugs
The use of drugs or mind-expanding substances (hallucinogens, tranquilisers, etc.) is not permitted.

4) Confidentiality
To protect the personality and privacy of each individual event participant, I agree not to make any audio, video, or photographic recordings (including screenshots) without the prior consent of all participants and Trauma Training Institute UK. I undertake to maintain confidentiality regarding all processes and information disclosed during the event – regardless of whether they concern the participants, the trainer, or the assistants. I will treat the personality and privacy of other people with respect.

Please note: Training lectures may be recorded in audio or video format. These recordings may include the trainer as well as any students participating in the exercises being recorded. If there is any proposal to use recordings for a broader audience, explicit consent will be sought, and recordings will only be released once consent has been received from all participating parties.

5) Early termination of contract
Trauma Training Institute UK reserves the right to exclude participants from a seminar if the seminar proves unsuitable for them. The participation fee will be refunded pro rata. In the event of non-compliance with Trauma Training Institute UK's instructions and rules, we reserve the right to exclude participants from an event. No refunds will be given for participation fees. In the event of cancellation by the participant, the cancellation conditions signed by the participant apply.

Declaration of consent

By submitting my registration form and making a payment to the Trauma Training Institute UK, I declare that I have read the terms and conditions and the above Special Conditions of Participation carefully and agree to them. The information I have provided is true.
