Heart-Based Experiential

A one-day immersive experience exploring how we relate from the heart, and what happens in the space between us. The experiential offers an introduction to the foundations of our Diploma in Embodied Relational Counselling (Level 4).

This workshop is for:

• Individuals considering training in Embodied Relational Counselling
• Therapists, practitioners, and helpers drawn to depth work that includes the body
• Those curious about the relational field between us, what takes place there and what is possible when we feel into it.

Attendance is also a requirement for applying for the Diploma in Embodied Relational Counselling, however, the experiential days also stands alone as a meaningful experience in its  own right.

What You Will Experience

The Heart-Based Experiential day offers a direct experience of this way of working.

Rather than learning techniques or memorizing theory, you will explore what it means to:

• Orient from your body
• Listen from your heart
• Notice the relational field—what arises in the space between you and another person
• Stay present and curious with the unknown

The Next Step

The Heart-Based Experiential offers an introduction to the core orientation of our two-year Diploma in Embodied Relational Counselling.

Over two years, this work is deepened and integrated through ongoing practice, supervision, and relational learning.
