IN-PERSON TRAINING, LONDON

Introduction to NARM® Experiential Day

7 March, 2027

An immersive introduction to the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM®) – a groundbreaking approach to healing developmental trauma and complex PTSD.

This accessible yet profound training is designed for mental health practitioners, coaches, wellness professionals, educators, charity workers and people managers who are interested in deepening their understanding of how adverse childhood experiences shape the lives of those we work with.

Whether you are newly curious about NARM® or considering the full NARM Therapist Training, the day offers an opportunity to experience the model and explore its approach to working with complex and developmental trauma.

Through presentations, experiential exercises, and hands-on practice in triads, you’ll discover:

Core somatic principles – Learn how the body and our identity are shaped by survival patterns that developed in childhood when core needs weren't met. You'll understand the profound connection between early experiences and present-day physical and emotional responses.

The interconnected role of emotions, identity, and nervous system regulation – Explore how our relationship to self, our emotional responses, and our nervous system patterns work together in healing complex trauma. This understanding forms the foundation for effective therapeutic intervention.

Relational attunement skills – Develop your ability to read and respond to implicit communications and survival states in ways that reinforce client agency and support the loosening of shame patterns that developed in response to relational trauma.

Developmental mapping – Gain clarity on how early attachment wounds create present-day challenges, allowing you to work more precisely with the root causes rather than just symptoms.

Integration practices – Learn practical approaches for weaving these insights into your existing therapeutic framework, ensuring you can immediately apply what you learn.
You’ll gain immediately applicable insights while exploring how this comprehensive model addresses not just symptoms, but the underlying survival patterns that keep clients stuck in cycles of struggle.

Open to all mental health practitioners, wellness practitioners, educators and anyone working at the interface with clients who have experiences relational trauma, adverse childhood experiences, and complex PTSD.
